I work mainly with buttercream icing but am teaching myself how to do fondant. I really like it when I am asked to do something really original and challenging.

My Cody wants a mountain with a waterfall, dirt roads, trees and four wheelers and I think I have a plan to make his wish come true. His party is on the 31st.

As for my Jesika, her party will be at the end of the month and she wants me to surprise her. I want to do a Twilight, topsy turvy cake but she says that she doesn't want Twilight. Her favorite color is yellow so I could do the Bella cake but then again it is Twilight. Anyone have any ideas?

I did a hermit crab for my neice once but I can't find the pictures. It was very cute though.

I am a Mother of 4 beautiful children. Two girls and two boys. I grew up watching my Mom decorate cakes for fun and when I had my first Daughter in 1997 I decided that I would make all of her Birthday cakes. Not long after having my first son in 2004 family members and friends started asking me to make cakes for their children and family members and so it began.

My sister in-laws suggested that I start a blog about my cakes to get them out there so here I am. I am not very good with computers so I will wing it and I will try to add the pictures as soon as I finish the cakes so that everyone can see what crazy ideas I come up with next.
